        Great customer service, the last review was done by a lady who has never used the shop before and was very aggressive and threatening towards the staff who have witnesses to prove that. The jumper in question if Val was being honest is washable and dry cleanable however this jumper was dry cleaned at the customers request and the care label was followed. Had val allowed the staff to speak and not shout over them they would have made an offer of refund for the dry cleaning as a gesture of goodwill, even though the dry cleaner was NOT at fault but customer stormed from the shop without allowing the staff to speak and threatened the staff with her husband. Services: Ironing, Clothes pressing, Comforter cleaning
