Door fitted badly, struggle to open it and all draugh strips wore away within first 4 months. Contacted them via Facebook messenger and have been completely ignored. Ultion locks have assessed the door and their lock and concluded that the door is badly fitted. I now have to pay someone else to try and refit it. Not happy as I paid them straight away and was patient waiting for the door to be fitted in the first place.

First class service from appointment to completion, Very reasonably price for quality product, installed in time scale given. Neale gave us his expertise advice, Jamie helped with visuals, which really helped with our choice of doors and Matt installed both our French doors and front door, highly recommend Matt. Thank you JL plastics I am sure your doors have added curb appeal and value to our home, it already feels warmer and quieter indoors, definitely will request quote for future home improvements and would confidently recommend you to friends and neighbours.

Absolutely delighted with Neil, Jamie & James for all their hard work fitting our home with the works....all windows, doors, bi folding doors, facias, sofits and inner hall door. They came to our rescue when another local company let us down. Thankyou

From cradle to grave couldn't recommend higher. Quote was very good, and the quote/work required was fully explained. Zero presssure to sign up. They were at my house for 4 days and very friendly. Work completed to a 1st class standard.
