My Grandson and I were seen back to back one and a quarter hours after making the appointments. Surgery was very busy. Doctor was patient, thorough, very professional and friendly throughout. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Excellent

I could not have had better treatment than I have had recently at the surgery, the reception staff, nurses and Drs are all so caring and I have felt so listened to and been helped loads, leaving feeling really reassured and looked after! Thank you so much!

Absolutely disgusted with the staff on reception. Will not listen won't give any explanation to their incompetence. My mum was discharged from the Vic hospital and was supposed to be seen by her GP on a home visit within 7 days written in black and white on discharge papers. 3 personal visits to the surgery and numerous blanked phone calls later still no visit from doctor . When questioned staff saying I want this sorted that day after 3 visits to sort it out was told to stop shouting or she won't see me.... A blatant lie as people and staff around me , seeing I was calm but assertive. Just an absolute joke of a surgery

Office staff are not bad at all considering the sheer amount of phone calls they must get every day. I don't usually have any issues getting through or getting appointments. I do prefer seeing the nurses though they are a lot happier than the doctors, from my experience they are a lot more helpful & sometimes they seem to know more or at least give you more advice.

Too upset to share details I care for my 89 hear old husband who have looked after on my own for ten years with mild dementia discussing two bad falls which had caused personal but due to my care have gradually resolved but asked what do I expect at his age sadly husband heard and two days later dont take me to that man again.i have to say despite his frailty and other numerous ailments including prostate cancer and heart failure both of which were found by two nurses he has until recently been not a burden and until Covid always said to any doctor or nurse thank you very much and shook their hand heart broken at his comment I know you say you are busy but kindness to someone near the end of his days and may be the carer could be included I have front faced for over 54 years I know what pressure is. He is not the first I have cared for but sadly the last I have no more relatives left
