Terrible liars give u wrong medication and say are gonna ring you and don't and they lie and don't have any interest in what you say avoid this place as they lie

Spoke to Claire who was absolutely brilliant. Also spoke to one of their GPs last week and he was extremely thorough & did not at all rush, took time to really understand & sympathise with my situation having previously been dealt with in a horrible manner by my previous gp surgery. Really impressed with the service here & massively helps when in frequent contact with the gp surgery.

Personally I can't comprehend why this place has been given only 1 star by service users? To each their own I guess!! However for me this practice has been a Godsend during an extremely difficult time. This surgery and its staff have been the light in a dark place. They have done things for me and my health that my previous practice couldn't or rather didn't do in almost 2 years! I would give it more stars if I could... Amy and Emma are total assets as I'm sure other members of staff are too. Most of the doctors there are very efficient and highly considerate. I can't recommend this surgery enough...really pleased I became a part of it even if it was under some undesired circumstances. X

Horrible, vile, disgusting treatment. Send out x ray requests but then cant tell you where they have sent them. I will no longer bother with this scummy practice with scummy unprofessional and uncaring staff.

hopelessly biased. I have PTSD and cluttered speech. I also have autism. They totally ignored the statutory guidelines and stopped me from working.
