Indulge Desserts

I'm not one to put up reviews either good or bad, however the level of service last night was so poor it's worth a write up. We'd ordered two deserts at around 20:40, delivery on the site is 38mins MAX. Followed this up with a phone call to which we were told the order was on its way and had left 5mins ago from the shop (We're 5mins from the shop) nothing for another 30mins. Called again at 21:45 to be told there was a mix up with another order with the same street name, ours is on its way now. Another 15mins pass and a knock on the door.. finally. However the order was completely wrong so the driver was sent away and asked for a refund. From order to delivery of wrong item 1hour 20mins. Rep at Indulge desserts was apologetic on the phone and I will be following up to confirm the refund is actioned. UPDATE: No refund given due to the order being delivered Just a word of warning, expect long delivery times as this wasn't our first time sat waiting for a delivery from Indulge. (Hence the need for a review) Can't knock the product, lovely deserts I just feel they need to step up their logistics and delivery teams.

Absolutely useless this is the second time now. Order was supposed to be delivered in 38 mins its now been 1:40 mins and its now shut they told me is was on its way 15 mins ago its not been 40 mins we live 4 min drive away and now no answer on the phone as its shut. Last time it the milkshakes had been pre made and left in their fridge they told me for over an hour so it was like water. What an absolute shambles of place
