Very poor staff and very very poor delivery food was very cold ice cream melted defrosted milkshakes defrosted item missing and probably not going back has to change

I ordered food it turned up late it was cold n milkshakes was defrosted and ice cream was defrosted it went in bin as we couldnt eat it or drink the milkshake

15 for a milkshake and crepe that never came with a straw and the crepes are stone cold

Went in and placed order, there was a group of 6 people that ordered after us, as to which they got served before us and left, 2 more people came in and ordered and received there order then left, the staff were unfriendly, didnt say anything like sorry about your wait. The staff was 2 young boys not washing their hands in between stations or wearing gloves. Even as far as touching their nose and the shop screen to order and going to make food without sanitiser, gloves or washing their hands, truly unhygienic. Very disappointing considering even after that they still hadnt even started making our milkshakes and seems they had just forgot! Disappointed and wont be going back! The order we received also didnt come with the toppings we asked for and paid extra for! And was cold by the time the milkshakes were made.
