Showed all the relevant details to becca and was informed I could not pick up the items as I did not have my argos card with me.
In the email I received after the order it states that credit cards or uk/eu identification cards could be shown instead.
Upon showing both of these forms of id becca said only an argos card would do and the email was incorrect.
She then cancelled my order but refused to give me a receipt for the cancellation.
