I did my impressions and sent them off, I did call them on the 9th Feb to confirm with them they had received the impressions, and they did confirm I would receive them in 10 days, I have called them on the 23rd Feb to confirm the retainers have been sent out, but they continue to say I needed to re-do the impressions as they couldn't do the moulds completely, but there had not been any communication to that fact until I called them, but they said they where going to call me on the day I chased them to inform me of that, I not really convinced of that, there could be better customer focus and updates if there is an issue, lets hope I do a better impressions next time !

Used this company a few months ago and they were brilliant! Took a couple of attempts to get it right but the guy was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Genuinely wanted to help and get the best results. I would use again in future for myself and daughter

Tried to do it at home but very difficult as you can't feel if your teeth are centred in the putty. Mould was ruined and had to pay 20 to cancel the whole thing. Would not recommend.

Sent me tray that is too wide to take my impression trying to call to get it changed and no answer and no reply to email. I need a response asap please. (Edit) Sent off the new tray awaiting in post Thankyou guys!

After almost 2 months of process finally received this poor quality tiny retainer. Low quality customer service No information about status process. Delays, wrong tray sent twice without more puffy. No information. I needed call many times to check.. HOW LONG MORE TIME I HAVE TO WAIT. Not recommended.
