If you have a child with any Neurodivergence or SEN issues avoid this dental practice. They also refuse to treat children in a timely manner and would rather the child suffer for something entirely unavoidable. They also have severe issues with being condescending and looking down on parents and children and accuse them of being liars. ** In addition of you submit a complaint it will just be ignored by Mr Kenyon, apparently he has too many holidays to actually run this practice and ensure safe and correct treatment of the patients.

I've been a private patent here for a number of years. I can't fault the service I've received and even though my previous dentist left the practice, my new dentist was equally friendly and efficient. Other than occasional delays getting hold of them on the phone (but they call back when I leave a message), I have zero complaints. Recommended.

0 Stars Was initially happy with this practice but then waited 4 months (Paying privately) for routine filling which was causing terrible pain, at the appointment no X-ray, started the drilling, I had severe pain, then x-ray to be told I need a root canal and next appointment was another 4 months, absolute joke! Then got an infection the next day (Dirty surgery surfaces noted) Had to be given antibiotics by another dentist! And was charged incorrectly (Since has a refund for that) Still ongoing but after reading these reviews I am shocked they can still practise. I have been seen elsewhere and all my needed treatment will be done before these cowboys can even see me to start my root canal! You'd be better taking a pair of pliers to your own mouth than go here

Ive been coming to this practice for years, always found them to be very friendly and better prices than other dentists. Ive recently had Invisalign and couldnt be happier with the results!
