Wanted to get some teeth whitening and rang up to ask if that would be okay - receptionist said yes just pop in. My brother went in and picked some up for himself yet when I went in a week or two later they said that they don't allow people to pick up whitening and that you have to have the full treatment (at an extra 300). I said that my brother just picked some up (and hadn't had the full treatment) I have relocated and my can get notes from my orthodontist but this still wasn't enough for them. Seems you get different responses from different staff members and this depends on how much money they want to make out of you! The dental nurse I spoke to had awful customer service, no apologies for her being different to her previous colleagues.

my husband came in for investigation having suffered with toothache for the previous 4 days, Mark took an XRAY and decided the tooth needed extraction which he did straight away which I thought was excellent service.

Mark has always given me excellent treatment. He has all the latest equipment and really knows what he is doing. On top of that he is always happy to fit me in on the odd occasion like 2 days before my holiday when I had a concern. Very reasonably priced also. I would highly recommend his practice.
