        When you complain they don't do anything about it. I've stopped using them now as they don't follow up complaints at all and people are losing money all over the place. I'd rather pay the extra to use other ordering platforms to get customer protection. There also needs to be a law that states you can't have food venues with 1 and 2 star food hygiene ratings, as a lot of the companies on their app have.
