12th April. Just had 2 pallets of paving slabs delivered. Great service from the friendliest of drivers. Very helpful and obliging, delivering them to exactly where I requested. Couldn't ask for more.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting a horrible little delivery boy today. Firstly, I wasn't given a call half hour before as first told and so missed the delivery. Then he lied and said I had told him I was cooking and wouldnt answer the door?! He then lied and said it wasnt on his notes to phone me and, when he did come he told me I had the wrong type of driveway for the pallet so unloaded on the pavement, which was fine as knew I could manage to lift myself, there were only two boxes, but then refused to take the pallet back with him, said his lorry was full, it wasnt because I checked. I didnt order a pallet nor did I use it to get my order to the front door. Why are you not re-using them anyway?

Absolute terrible service. No compromise at all. No will to help solve the problems. I would NOT recommend this called transport company.
