Why is your public protection officer PP003 harassing a member of the public for filming an event which was happening in a public place, ( Reggie Photo ) and demanding that amongst other things that he not film people going about their business without their permission, which in fact has no legal standing whatsoever in law. It appears that the Council and Police are quite happy to try an intimidate people and yet get upset when their own behaviour is questioned...... And will the Council/Police be removing all speed cameras which photograph the public without their express or implied consent while they are in public places?

I would just like to say with extreme sarcasm thankyou to the council for rejecting my claim to dismiss my "driving in a bus lane" fine. I came here on holiday with my family for the first time in years and inadvertently strayed in to a bus lane whilst trying to find our hotel. We put over 600 of our money into the community only to be insulted like this with a fine. One thing is for certain we will not be holidaying there again!!!!

the environmental health blackpool don't do their home work they just bully the public with no regard for their safety. I was told 2 x alarms outside my flat were too loud. There are no restrictions for maximum amount of decibels on an alarm. You just have to have 80 decibels at least for it to be used as an alarm. Environmental health had no regard for the fact that neighbours are breaking into my flat and harassing me. Also to prevent the alarm and distress of false complaints being made against the public,I was wrongly accused of dog mess in my back garden, the environmental health should go to the property that complained and look through their window first to see if it is true instead of making false accusations.
