        I cannot recommend this business enough. We always take our Yodel parcels from our small business in. Linda, Emily, Yvonne are always so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Weve been taking several parcels a day for nearly 18 months now and never had a single issue

        My elderly mother in law returned three items to Amazon via this shop on Thursday this week. One of the items was delivered BACK to her house the next day. We have not received a refund from Amazon for any of the three items yet so now have no idea whether any of the items have been sent back to Amazon. Do not recommend as a hub for Amazon returns.

        Refused my parcel as it was "too big" so it was returned to the sender. I hadn't read earlier reviews warning me about this so didn't realise that there would be a problem having something delivered there but I won't ever use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone if you actually want to get your item. Very poor, and not at all friendly. Service without a smile and all too much trouble.
