Placed an order through Uber Eats on 12/02/23, my shopping was delivered with 4 items missing worth at least 10. I phoned the delivery driver, who said that he can't do anything and that I would need to contact the store. Contacted the store and was told they didn't have the items available and 'forgot' to deduct it from the order, and they couldn't offer a refund because I bought through UE. Was promised a call-back from management next day but it never came - very poor customer service. I was too mentally & physically busy to chase this so have accepted the monetary loss, but will never use this Co Op or UE again. Suggest they train their staff properly to use this system before taking orders they cannot fulfil.
