Owners so rude, spoke to him about sending a parcel via Hermes and he's put a phone on me kid conversation. Zero customer service skills, rude and unhelpful. Definitely won't be using that shop again.

Our local Hermes drop off point, staff are always helpful and willing to help. Easy parking on the forecourt, just be aware of pedestrians walking by. As well as sweets for the kids they have a range of foodstuffs and lots of packing supplies for your parcels.
