I'm absolutely gobsmacked! I use this shop every day, i jumped in ever morning as always with my little boy to get him some fruit for oat lunch and a drink for work, my son needed change for school, so I asked the lady called Tammy if I could pay some with cash and the rest with card, just to I get get some change, she responded with an inconvenient and rude sight. The second time she sighted I asked her to bot to be rude as I was there with a child and that response didn't feel nice, as she proceeded to tell me that she wasn't being ride she started raising her voice at me and rolling her eyes. And then said "I tell you what then" and took my shopping away from me. I am literally gobsmacked! I get that we all have bad days, but that sort of treatment is just not OK, especiapy in front of children. When did customers became inconvenience, I couldn't imagine treating anyone this way even if they wasn't a paying local customer. I've always found staff if One stop so lovely, especially towards my child, he would always complement how nice they are, which makes this situation even more upsetting.
