The guy behind the counter was rude and more interested in his phone. Had to repeat myself several times due to his lack of the language and it's a shame as it looks like effort has been put into this business to make it look good only for the staff to let it down.

This place is awful, which given its a new place is a shame. The guy behind he counter had no grasp ov the language and had to constantly repeat myself. I he guy behind the counter isn't the owner then the owner is in need to give him the P45. I want new businesses to do well but at the rate this place is going in doubt it will service sadly as they have no concept of customer skill. Go somewhere else if you want a better service.
