Not happy what so ever with the bad customer service I had with two ladies tonight on the 6th Feb 2019 around 7pm. They refused to serve my partner tobacco when the mvColls has always been our local shop where he always buys tobacco baring in mind he's 28years old with a grown full beard got asked for ID which he never normally gets ID and they sent him away, my partner said to the lady that lady stocking shelves always serves me and the blonde lady said I have served you basically calling him a liar. Then we had to go home to get his ID and we turned up and I said really does he look under 21 to you and she then answered me back saying well tesco is 30 years so I didn't retaliate to that comment and I noticed one packet of chocolates was open so I took it to the other lady they looked at me up and down and not even said thankyou. absolutely disgrace. You lose your customers this way.
