Staff are 99% friendly but everybody can have an off day they go the extra mile and have a laugh with the customer. They care about their local customers and always pick yp the phone for any enquiries and remember the caller when they go in . People who read any reviews need to take into consideration that every reviewer has a different experience no matter where they go and to honestly make up their own opinion and have their own opinion about all places they visit

Great bargains good selection off sandwiches nice staff

Some of the staff are not very helpful. Went in trying to redeem my gas/elecky voucher, in the end didn't get it. Instead been told to come back in 2 days to redeem it again.

It's always the same in this store the female staff are rude do not know what a smile is and have no patience what so ever they seriously need to learn what the meaning of customer service is bad management I say. The staff in the Co op Abingdon Street are much more friendly and helpful.
