        4.5 actually. Everything is great except one staff member , totally glum , refuses to bag up ,despite my arthritis leaves a tiny gap between basket and side, no eye contact , no thank you and on 2 occassions caught out overcharging. If you get a smile consider yourself lucky. ALL other staff are wonderful and acknowledge customers and their needs.
