Absolutely brilliant wonderful service by the team members and the delivery team were simply the best who when out of their way to assist me to place my items just where I needed them thanks currys

Poor after sales service. The new laptop was left to be setup. After four days, I asked for a refund. Why offer a service when the time cannot be found to do the job.

Awful experience. Purchased a laptop online to collect in store the following morning. Went to collect the laptop from the store and upon getting it home it had been opened and set up under a user with password protection on it. Had to travel back to the store after losing a days work, they reset the laptop which took over an hour and 20 minutes. Not only losing a days wage but receiving a laptop which was bought brand new that had already been used and set up. I was offered 20 in compensation, which I refused, this would just cover the fuel travelling to and from the shop, let alone the days wage Ive lost, their excuse was they only make 3% profit on a laptop. Maybe if you sell a laptop brand new rather than opened and set up you could make more money on your laptops. Very disappointed with this service.
