I read the reviews online about Chris and his laptop repairs as mine needed a health check which Chris did and he found a good few issues, I got my laptop back the next day and at a very reasonable price.. I would highly recommend Chris Heaton for your PC problems.

My laptop stopped working at a most inconvenient time. I phoned Chris and took it round to him at lunchtime Wednesday and by the evening I had a call to tell me the fault. He ordered a new hard disk which arrived the following day and I had the machine back on Friday with a new clean install of windows 11. All done in 48 hours. If I'd taken it to my local high street shop it would have taken at least a week to repair. The machine has been fine since then. Very professional and I would recommend Chris highly.

I been to Chris several times over the past 10 years and I really would not go anywhere else. Chris is not only a software engineer but is also qualified in electronics and has years of experience. He doesn't try to baffle you with science and explains things in layman's terms always having the time to talk you through everything. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I was about to set off on holiday to Greece, for as long as post-Brexit Schengen Rules allow, when my laptop abruptly crashed. Remembering Chris from when I first used his expertise over ten years ago, he remembered me and his services, professionalism and advice were as good as ever. The machine was fixed in the short time Chris had before I left and, needless to say, it is now doing what it was designed to do, with no further dysfunctional ideas of its own.
