        Took mum to see the flowers at the church in full bloom and was looking for somewhere to have a light lunch and found Halo .. lovely cosy little place, family run, very friendly. I had jacket potato with bacon and cheese which came with a lovely little side salad. Mum had one of the soups of the day which was mushroom that came with a warm crusty roll. All very tasty, well presented home cooked and just what was need. Would highly recommend a visit and the gift shop below has some lovely bits in.

        Quaint and lovely tea room above gift shop. Excellent food. Delighted that they do an afternoon tea for one, as I fancied a special and wife had her heart set on afternoon tea.
