        I had a bridesmaids dress to be altered as it wouldnt fasten (it was too small). I didnt mind the job couldnt be completed (until later when I went to the sewing queen who did actually manage to fasten the dress without alterations by asking me to position my bust in the dress differently). However whilst at Jeanettes she commented on my weight telling me youre not a size 14 you have such a broad back you are at least a 20 and told me there was no way it would fasten even with alterations - these comments were unnecessary and also incorrect yet I left feeling awful about my body. The opposite of how I left the sewing queen feeling, and if I hadnt gone there afterwards Id have had to buy another dress (as would the other bridesmaids) Service: Alterations
