        I wish I'd have gone here instead of Mr Jeaves, who misquoted me by over 20, proceeded to complete the job without letting me know about their mistake, did a shoddy repair on a zip, and never rang me to let me know my things were ready for collection. Next time I'll go to Fashion House.
