        I recently had my carpet done by this company and unfortunately the first time they did not do a thorough job and my carpet didn't have that freshly cleaned carpet feel/ smell. I contacted the company and the owner himself came back , redid the entire carpet and did a fantastic job and made sure I was satisfied. I was very pleased with the emd result and how the company managed my complaint. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future . Ian, the owner is so kind and pleasant to speak with, from our initial contact on the telephone and then meeting him in person. Service: Deep clean
