I would like to thank Ellen the manager of the Lytham store. I ordered a large personalise Easter egg online but the message on it was incorrect. I rang Ellen up explaining the situation and she asked me to drop it off with her in store. Changing the whole message she did amazing especially during bank holiday busy times. Thank you again

Called into the shop in st Annes just before close last Thursday as needed a special gift , the lady was so warm and welcoming , went abiove and beyond , I live in Thornton but will definitely go back . thank you you are amazing , 5
