        Took two weeks from the date of site inspection to provide me with the report. While there were extenuating circumstances, these were not communicated with me; my emails were ignored and upon phoning I was simply told the surveyor would call back shortly, which never ended up happening. That said, they ultimately apologised for their shortcomings and did a good job of making amends.
