Carried out a very detailed and comprehensive building survey on a property we were looking at purchasing. He was very competitive with pricing and easy to get in touch with too. Report was easy to understand and he notified us of a few serious defects that required immediate attention as well, with good quality photos included as extra proof. Would use again if something else came up that was suitable.

Disgraceful company..Alledged defects that did not even exist..On closer inspection with another specialist they where found to be wrong..cost me the sale of my property..STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY

I needed an urgent Help To Buy Equity Repayment survey conducting as I was at risk of losing the sale of my property and purchase of my next. Duxbury's fit me in quickly and were the cheapest (as well as the earliest available) out of the 8-12 firms I rang round for quotes. The surveyor was on time, friendly and professional. They understood my situation and I received the report well before I expected. They were helpful and communicated things clearly with me. I am very pleased with the service they provided me and would recommend them for the same survey I had done. Thanks again.
