I'm very happy with the home survey carried out by Alan. Pointed out pretty much everything I need to know in regards to the house I am purchasing. I was sent a thorough detailed report three or four working days after the survey was carried out. Cathy is very professional, yet friendly too. She will help you with any uncertainties you may have. I would 100% recommend you get a survey before purchasing a house and I would 100% recommend Alan Jones.

My fianc and I highly recommend Alan Jones if you're looking for a survey. We used Alan for a Home Buyers Survey Report for a house we are in the process of purchasing, and the report came a few working days after Alan had visited the property. Cathy was very approachable and helpful too in answering our enquiries. The report was very detailed and we will certainly be referring to it in the future for any work we plan to do to the property. Alan was also very kind in answering some urgent follow up questions for us as well, in a very speedy manner. If you're looking for a professional surveyor who is very knowledgeable and friendly, and for a very reasonable price, go with Alan Jones.

Outstanding. I couldn't recommend Alan highly enough. The survey on our house was done quickly and very thoroughly, giving us exactly what we needed. Moreover, Cathy in the office was absolutely fantastic throughout: faultlessly professional and (when our purchase looked a bit shaky at one point) also extremely kind, understanding and patient.
