1 star is far to many, they dont even deserve one star, they are the most disorganised charity who make false promises , fails to return messages then books you into a counciling session in a smelly dirty foodbank of which when you turn up sue has not got any idea why i am there and sends me aways with a pack of cakes promising someone will call tommorow, of which guess what never happend and sick of hearing excuse after excuse of why promises are not being met. for somone at his lowest in life who thought a little counciling may help i really regret putting any faith in Blackpool Voice. anyone who donates to this charity is just feeding one big joke, the only help they seem to be doing is dishing food out to the homeless, a friend of mine said sue is very very disorganised and unkept and its all true, i think i would rather pay for proffesional help than trust these cowboys with my mental health

Sue and Chris along with volunteers running both charity shop and food bank great little bargains to be had. These lovely people go out off their way to help homeless people, those with mental health issues and those whom cannot afford to live the way we should. Sue Chris and volunteers run this shop on Foxhall road Without the help from any government resources funding is being financed by Sue and Chris which couldn't be done without the spirit of the people whom donate to the shop and to the auctions which are done on most Nights of the week on social media which must state is run until late in the evening.
