Karl Smith Car Sales

Can't advise strongly enough to never purchase a car from here. Purchased a car just before Christmas and have had multiple issues with it since. Especially having to take the car in 2 weeks after purchase for the part to be "replaced" under my additional purchased warranty from karl smith. For the check engine light to show again less than 24 hours later. Took it to my garage I've used for 20 years to find out the issue was the same and the replaced part was actually the original part "which I have kept", and that my warranty place wouldn't cover it as it had been claimed on by Karl Smith. Also had to spend an additional 1k on the car since on further repairs. Avoid at all cost.

Avoid this company at all cost ! A real bunch of cowboys. Read previous reviews before thinking of using this company for anything. Im currently taking them through the courts to get refunded. Also reporting them to trading standards. Shocking that companies like this are allowed to trade. Never had to deal with such incompetence.

Well what can I say about this dealership, to start off with my wife had a mini from this dealership and upon getting it home there was issues with the vehicle within 48hours, I rang the dealership but they where closed so I left a voicemail but guess what my call was not returned so another 48hours later I called and spoke to the salesman to be told Id get a call back, long story short in 3 weeks and no end of calls from my self I only ever received 1 phone call back. Anyway so now I arranged to take the car back myself in which cost me fuel because when I collected the car there was only a 15mile range showing and I got to take it back to be diagnosed and fixed, upon getting there I was made to wait over 2 hours for a courtesy car which had no TAX and only 3 days mot and was not showing on any insurance database. So anyway I dropped my car off Saturday 11th and after me chasing yet again Ive been told its the mad air flow sensor and there was a cracked pipe (they sent the car out like this dont forget) and today Wednesday 15th the work STILL hasnt been done. Also I showed them a dent on the rear wing which can clearly been seen from a picture from there website and they had the cheek too tell me its been done since purchasing the car. I am still waiting to get the car back, theyve had there money and its said they just dont care once done, there customer service is non existent Car was dirty and not even bothered cleaning it
