Senior salesman Barry seemed helpful and explained to me their policy is the same as buying a car from Mercedes directly, which is if vehicle requires a service within 90 days we will service it before collection. I was very pleased to hear this and I felt reassured I was buying from a genuine garage especially considering the cost of the vehicle. I didn't want to take any risks. Senior salesman Barry sent me a detailed video of the car and highlighted to me that a service was due in 86 days. Up until this point no complaints. A short while after the video instead of me getting a follow up call to ask me about my thoughts on the car, I instead receive a email from Lewis - Sales Manager, who I have not heard of or spoken to before and in his email says no service will be taking place as car is priced cheapest in market and if you don't take advantage of this price, we will be increasing the price. So a blunt way of saying take it or leave it. Not great customer service. It took me by surprise as I was genuinely interested in the car and quite excited after seeing the video. I was taken back by this email and was told in the email, if the salesman told you, service would be included he has made a mistake. Hard to accept that as his reason, as Barry was very confident in his ",Sales pitch" even knew how the warranty service worked in full detail. Did I also mention he's job title is "senior" sales executive. Lewis on the other hand I think it is time he finds a new career he clearly don't have the passion for this industry anymore and has lost a genuine customer and a sale!

Buying a new car is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable experience. I was interested in a B class they had. The original guy I was dealing with was off so I went in to view the car and spoke to a guy called Geoff. I can't even begin to explain what a rude, unpleasant and obnoxious guy "Geoff" was. At the start he kept messing about saying, "the car isn't for sale" then it was again. Kept going on and on about "how lucky I was" with the price I had negotiated that he would "never sell it for that". I wanted to look around it and Geoff kept coming out and putting loads of pressure on and being rude again. Saying "are you having it, you can't put any deposit down, you've got to buy it, decide right now and pay in full". At the end owing to how rude and unprofessional Geoff I said I was going to think about it and he said he would "rather sell it to another person because it would be a better price for them". Easily the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership in my life. ABSOLUTELY AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Excellent and extremely professional customer service. Made the whole experience seem effortless. Special thanks to Wayne who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I will not hesitate to recommend and use this service again
