Great selection of cars at competitive prices! Karl Smith has a wide variety of cars to chose from and their prices are very reasonable. The sales team was helpful in finding the right car for me and negotiating a fair price. Thank You

I wouldnt even bother getting a car from here. They offer no help when they sell you a faulty car. The service is ridiculous! Avoid at all costs.

Bought a car from Karl Smith Blackpool 2 years ago and have had nothing but problems. Leaking coolant in 3 different spots over the years, coolant reservoir cracked, leaking oil, leaking brake fluid, rotting exhaust that needed full replacing just to name a few. And most recently my brake system showed as faulty. Garage told me that the last place that replaced the brake pads (just before I bought it) decided to go the cheap route and just replaced the pads even though the discs needed replacing as well and the discs were in terrible condition now and it was dangerous to continue driving like this. I've spent more money on repairs in the last 2 years than the car cost. Despite getting it serviced regularly and taking good care of it. I will never buy a car from Karl Smith in Blackpool again. Very disappointing.

Visited Karl smiths on st Annes road yesterday. Ask the lady in charge to book at the boot of a car. She showed me a broken nail and explained she couldnt open. Handed over the keys I then tried to open it but appeared broke. The lady didnt offer any further help. Then I went to the Karl smith garage on Waterloo road. Lovely man greeted me but informed he was only cleaning the cars and no one else available to help. I looked inside a car that I was very interested in and the man went to start it. It didnt start. Only after a few attempts! He called the lady at the other garage and informed that I was interested in the car. I was asked to go and speak with her! She then phoned him back (on loud speaker) and asked if she was on loud speaker ((very suspicious)). Needless to say I didnt buy the car. Shocking service

Not recommended. Happy to sell you a car and overpriced warranty then won't return your calls when there is a problem. "bring it back for anything" I was told as I drove my new purchase away... Battery died a couple of weeks later and left me stranded. I carry a jump pack so fortunately got the car going and immediately took it to the dealers to report the failure. No sales staff were available so was directed to a mechanic who was abrupt and unhelpful. Another member of staff put me through to a member of the sales team and was told it would be two weeks before they could look at the car because they we're busy and besides batteries are not covered under the 400 warranty! I then had no choice other than to purchase a new battery from Halfords for 109. Car has been fine since, so this was definitely the problem. I then rang the dealer and asked if as a gesture of good will they would consider paying half the battery cost. Salesman said he would speak to Jeremy and get back to me. No one ever rang. Rang again to be told Jeremy was on holiday so I agreed to call again when he returned. Rang three times again and was told each time they would ring back. Yep, they never did. Finally spoke to someone who spoke to Jeremy who was in an important meeting and was too busy to speak to me(!) He told the staff member to advise me they would sell me one at trade prices.... Moral: Probably best to avoid any dealership that does not value your custom and go elsewhere.
