Awful service. Bought ticket and was waiting at the stop ~10 min ealier. Bus just drove past like i wasnt even there! Also was doing way over the speed limit of 20 in this zone. That's the last bus today and I can't get to work tonight. Will be reporting to transport standards.

Was a joke waited for bus 26 back to Martin meee hoiliday camp drove straight past as o walked 45 minutes to get on the correct bus stop I went on the day before and he drove straight past a few of us waiting at bus stop as I waved him down what a joke complete joke waiting for a bus and it driving straight past

The aggressive attitude and threatening behaviour of a driver on Route 24 (Poulton to Fleetwood) left me shocked. As I produced my concessionary bus pass he snatched the wallet and removed a card, refusing to return it. This was a Metro pass, legally obtained when I lived in Yorkshire, and I regarded its confiscation as theft. Only after three written complaints was it returned to me. No Stars for this company, who need to train their staff to interact with customers in a friendly manner (especially the old and vulnerable).

Was at the bus stop in Larkholme at 09:25, for 09:30 #24 bus into Fleetwood and it was either very early or didn't show up at all. When I called to ask why I was told, by the person who took the call, that he didn't like my attitude. He then went on to tell me that there was no bus at this time on school days. I then asked, if this was the case, why was that not on the timetable. To which he said the timetable was not under their control. I then told him I got the 09:30 bus earlier in the week and he said it must have been the week before when the schools where out. I don't have a problem with any of the drivers on this route but the person who took the call seemed to have no customer service skills at all and not very well informed. Since when did it become unacceptable to make a complaint.
