        Tried to call Blackpool Branch unable to get a reply. Tried for twenty minutes!!!!!!!!! Finally got through. How extremely rude the first person put the phone down when told that I wanted to close the account. The second person was very obstructive and had a threatening attitude. Glad to be going to another provider for triple the interest.
