Dylan and Simon who work for rtc was amazing they went above and beyond and even completed the work a day early! They helped move furniture and took in mind I had two children so made it there challenge to finish the job and was so clean and tidy after having damp for three years And numerous companys before I was weary of having the job well its now finished and all the damp has gone Dylan and Simon literally worked so well as a team and they are a credit to the company! The team from RTC carried out repairs to damp in the offices at our charity offices. They were late in the morning due to a flat tyre but the office contacted us before their due time to let us know so it wasn't a problem. The two guys who carried the work out were courteous and considerate and carried out the work efficiently and as quietly as possible - warning us in advance of any noise. They made sure everything that had to remain in the room while the work was carried out was protected and covered the floor on their route out of the building to minimise any mess. They did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves - I think the room was cleaner when they finished than it was before they started! And best of all - as we are a small local charity with limited funds, they carried out the work free of charge. We can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend.
