Had a great time visiting mega bowl including a meal, chips were lovely and the bacon roll, cant fault this place at all, lovely staff

The premises are easy to find and quite tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the 'strike platter to share' for 18 was very tasty and just enough for 3 of is(2 adults and an 11yr boy). The bowling bowls and lanes are very tired, damaged, warped, lane bumpers bent but we still got 2 1/2 games in during our 1hr session. Not 100% sure it was 50 value but we had a blast. Thank you to the staff. Bonus, we could keep our own trainers on.

Bad all round. The venue is minging and dirty, I went to the toilet and I'm sure I contracted hepatitis. Staff are rude and condescending, especially the highly skilled person who issues out the clown shoes. I bought the sessions through Groupon, which they wouldn't honour either. Had to pay in full again upon arrival. Didnt even contemplate getting anything to eat from here as I was concerned for my health and safety. Needs a major refurbishment and staff need training in basic customer service.
