Becky was great in the first zoom call. Sadly from there, it went downhill. Writing a negative review is difficult for me as I appreciate how hurtful it can be but I went through such a stressful time with tax deadlines looming and not being able to contact her, or get information from her. Looking back now, all I was advised was that she is sorting it. But never firm updates or evidence that it was sorted. I ended up filing my own self assessment and cancelling her services. For someone new to business I suggest you look elsewhere for assistance. She also failed to "attend" 2 zoom calls booked for my husbands business. A lack of professionalism. And I had so many sleepless nights as a result! Unfortunately she just didn't seem to care

We have been using Buffalo Books for our bookkeeping and payroll since October last year and cannot recommend them enough. They have not only saved us money on our Xero costs by moving the billing over to them but they have automated many of our old manual tasks. Like us, they are a forward-thinking company and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for bookkeeping and/or payroll services.
