wouldn;t use these bullys i phoned to ask them to keep a eye out for a bike i had stolen they accused me of stealing the bike i have proof it was bought legitimately i have seen a message they have threatened to send people round my house the police are involved

Absolutely awful service would not recommend to anyone, had my bike just over a week, took it to a professional and actually revealed that my chain, chainrings and cassette were utterly and completely worn out and the gears done nothing but skip, only one of the gears actually managed to grip and the total price for new shiamno chainset, chain and cassette etc totaled UpTo 130, also taking into consideration that the bike had already cost me 200 with worn out tyres and a slow puncture, making these repairs would have made no sense so I have now scrapped the bike because the amount it would have costed me to fully repair it I could have just bought a brand new one, making it completely unsafe to ride on the roads and actually tried blaming me for the damage. Please avoid this place if you want to save yourself a few hundred pounds, also to mention that they had took off the original Shimano derailleur and replaced it with a 10 Chinese knock off. The day I had bought it the back tyre had a puncture on the way back home contacted them, came the next day to fix it , all done n dusted but then I had got called into work and just went out the door with it to set off, when they had changed my back tyre they had obviously bent my derailleurs cage as you can clearly see on the 4th picture, which made my bike unrideable, baring in mind the person who came round to fix it actually test rode the bike and I didn't actually ride the bike to see how it was once he had fixed because I didn't think anything of it, I then went to contact them and told me to get a black taxi down to their shop which I would have to pay for and fix the bike for 'free' which is not up to the UKs trading standards
