        The B&B was very clean. The location was great for what we wanted (a night out with friends and family). We were welcomed on arrival, then it was all good from there. My only moan was that we couldn't have a coffee because the milk was out of date. Rooms: Our room was very clean, but was small (most rooms in Blackpool are though)

        Stayed here to celebrate my Daughters 18th birthday weekend in Blackpool. The rooms are cosy & have everything you need for a weekends stay. The breakfast was delicious & filling Graham was a wonderful host & his dogs we're an added delight to the place. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for shows, restaurants, pubs, bars, takeaways, shops & the sea front. We will definitely be returning & recommending to family & friends.
