Always so friendly and helpful. Always use this wholesalers and wouldnt go anywhere else. Shannon is super helpful and is always there to help when Im in need of a last minute order! Staff are great :)

Not even worth the single star! Very poor customer service. Very rude staff, Very unprofessional. Formal complaint filed against an employee called Lee. He became confrontational and argumentative because my daughter lifted her mask away from her face momentarily to help breathing. He had already witnessed us explaining that we were exempt and had legal medical evidence. We didn't refuse the face covering policy but he targeted us and we felt victimised and embarrassed by his behaviour, as he shouted across the whole store. Too many staff doing nothing, very cluttered, poor health and safety as boxes and products all over shop floor. On the website Alan Howard pride themselves on the ethos of Equality and Diversity. The fact they make no discrimination. All myself and my daughter experienced from the start was discrimination. Will not be returning to this branch. Took my custom to Salon Services who were amazing, helpful and I got all I needed.

Amazing as always used this place for 9 years for all my products specially branded products. Staff are friendly and its always busy inside. I love the fact you have to be certified Beautician with qualifications to enter.
