        The girls are amazing, so friendly and prior to the CCTV surveillance cameras, I really enjoyed the whole experience, travelling from Fleetwood to the salon. However now, the cameras have really upset me as a customer, I feel violated and unsure who (or why) the owners feel it necessary to sit and watch us, or their staff, listening to our conversations that we think are private. This will lose customers and is such a poor financial move from a business perspective. Nobody wants to feel they are being watched by strangers. I am sad to say that this will ultimately make me look at an alternative salon which is a shame as the girls are amazing at what they do! ***PLEASE GET RID OF THE CAMERAS=problem solved!!!! Services: Hair coloring, Blowouts
