The staff are welcoming and very friendly but I dont think they are used to dark skin laser. I had a laser treatment which caused me second degree burns. Although it has been two years since I had the treatment but still suffering from the scars and the pigmentations in the area. I had two full previous laser treatments somewhere else and never had any issues. That treatment was extremely painful and I felt something was wrong. The blisters started few hours later and I couldnt go to work for couple of days because of the pain. When I reported this to the staff did my treatment she was very passionate and offered to refund my money and to compensate with other service, however her manger contacted me and asked me to come to clinic to make sure that I wasnt laying which was shocking, she refunded the money for the area I had the burns in only with no offer to help with treatment of the burns or even follow up call to see how did my burns healed. I dont recommend their laser treatment specially for people with dark skin.

Ash is great! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my treatment, she is very professional and knowledgeable- you know you are in safe hands. All the staff are really friendly and always make you feel welcome. The covid measures are in place to ensure you feel as safe as possible when you visit. Highly recommend!
