I have been here twice now and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the results of my eyebrows and eyelashes. I would highly recommend livs beauty as a place to go for beauty treatment with good service. Lovely owner who knows exactly what she is doing to my eyebrows and eyelashes. Booked in for a manicure, pedicure. Asked for builder gel when appointment was booked, told it was used at the salon & a note would be made. Arrived at appointment time, door locked, called & was told as only one staff in, they would be out once finished with customer, 10 miss later let in by Carol. Started with manicure after a series of questions about whether I had any health conditions, where I had my last pedicure & advised she did not do builder gel but could book me in with the nail technician who did. Manicure resulted in bleeding cuticle. Asked for a top coat only. Lovely hand massage though Pedicure in the back room, feet in booties, nail colour chosen, poorly applied & no top coat so a mat finish rather than a gloss. Nails trimmed & cuticles treated when I returned home as not done as part of the pedicure Back massage poorly applied, back & shoulders in agony, pain relief needed. The total cost was 70. I have no problem paying for good service, but this was not a good experience. It felt amateurish. Pedicure is awful, manicure caused bleeding cuticles & back & shoulders are in agony. Wouldn't recommend visiting, there are far better places. Live & learn
