At first I thought maybe the guy was just struggling as my hair was alot longer than most of their usual customers, but at the end my hair was a mess, varying random lengths, not neat or tidy.
I asked him to 'trim' my sideburns, so he shaved them off completely...
Wouldn't recommend or ever go back.
