        I've been using this branch off and on for the last two and a half years, primarily helping my elderly Dad who is a customer of the bank. Firstly I'd like to say that Wendy (surname unknown) is a gem. Proper old school who really knows her stuff and is very helpful. On the flip side the cashiers are a very difficult team to deal with. I find them condescending and, frankly, unhelpful in the extreme. Perhaps they are working in an environment set up to drive people online? Who knows.
