10 dec 2022 staff went out of their way running behind counter to tell other member of staff to not to give me my new card wouldn't except letter or my bank cards point blank unhelpfull left me penniless over the weekend disgusted by how unhelpful they were.went out of their way to not give me my replacement card.

Why on earth would they close at 3pm!? So people who actually work can't go and do what they need to do!? I wanted to pay money into my account but got there 9 mins too late thinking (how absurd of me) they closed at around 5pm, but no, got to the door, after letting someone out the guy says sorry we are closed - well that was a wasted trip when I have a ton of things to do!
