Other banks have started opening at 9:30 and closing at 3:30. I dont understand why NatWest have to be different, opening at 10:00 and closing at 3:00.

Had to go in today waiting 18 minutes with only 2 before me, then 15 waiting after went in only 1 counter open, even with 2 others closed not counter usage, lack of staffing, management Need to review
